What you'll do:
- Collaborate with brand strategists to research our client's target audience and articulate defined avatars
- Own the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns—from strategy and funnel design to launch and optimization
- Continuously test and refine campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates
- Assess and identify the most effective channels (e.g., social media platforms, email, SEO) to reach target audiences and achieve campaign goals
- Roll up your sleeves to create, launch, and iterate on campaigns, occasionally partnering with contractors where needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices on major content platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Google
- Implement strategies to improve website or landing page conversion rates through A/B testing, user experience improvements, and funnel analysis
- Create and optimize customer journey maps to better understand and address customer needs at different stages of the sales process
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure campaign success and provide regular reports and insights
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend across different channels based on performance data
- Proven experience launching and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Fluency in tools like Google Analytics, ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads), and marketing automation platforms, especially Hubspot
- Technically fluent—you’re comfortable using platforms, dashboards, and tools to run and refine full-funnel marketing efforts across websites, CRM, advertising, and social
- Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills—you can confidently coordinate between strategy, creative, and operations to keep campaigns moving forward and aligned with broader goals

- $85,000—$100,000 starting salary
