We’re seeking a Brand Design Lead who thrives on work diversity and challenging concepts, takes ownership of complex projects, and excels in leadership. 

You’ll join a tight-knit, passionate team and have the opportunity to own your work and drive significant business outcomes. As a proactive, hands-on leader, you will be the driving force behind design excellence, ensuring that every project is delivered with the highest level of craftsmanship.

The details.

What you'll do:

  1. Craft beautiful brands from the ground up
  2. Act as a key point of contact for design-related decisions and project delivery timelines
  3. Join and contribute to discovery sessions with clients
  4. Research their market, competitors, and implement a research-driven process
  5. Create brand identities and guidelines
  6. Design websites and work with developers to bring your layouts to life
  7. Work directly with freelancers and vendors and manage relationships
  8. Be hands-on with full-funnel design 
  9. Design for a wide range of platforms and mediums (social, video, email, print, etc.)
  10. Own and lead brand design needs for a set of ongoing partnership clients

What you'll need:

  1. A love affair with design—we’re committed to quality
  2. A passion for helping companies grow through your work
  3. Strong leadership and project management skills with a proactive mindset
  4. Don’t-take-yourself-too-seriously attitude
  5. Ability to check your ego at the door and work collaboratively
  6. Spectacular attention to detail
  7. A premium design aesthetic with a love of minimalism
  8. Desire to strive for perfection but know when to stop and deliver
  9. An entrepreneurial spirit with a scrappy “yes we can” mentality
  10. Tech-savviness with the ability to see projects through to final delivery
  11. 5+ years of experience

Bonus points:

  1. A degree in design
  2. Passion for copywriting
  3. Art direction experience
  4. Video and motion chops
  5. Knowledge of growth marketing strategies
