Brand Designer

What you'll do:

1. Join discovery sessions with clients
2. Research their market, competitors, and survey end users
3. Help formulate brand and marketing strategies
4. Create brand identities and guidelines
5. Design websites and work with developers to bring your layouts to life
6. Work directly with freelancers and vendors and manage relationships
7. Be hands-on with full-funnel design 
8. Design for a wide range of platforms and mediums (social, video, email, print, etc.)

4. Ability to check your ego at the door and work collaboratively
5. Spectacular attention to detail
6. A premium design aesthetic with a love of minimalism
7. Desire to strive for perfection but know when to stop and deliver
8. An entrepreneurial spirit with a scrappy “yes we can” mentality
9. Tech-savviness with the ability to see projects through to final delivery
10. 5+ years of experience
